Reigniting purposeful,
human career paths

Career coaching for
mid-career professionals

When was the last time you had an uninterrupted hour to reflect on your career? No meetings. No notifications. No pressure to perform.

Most days, work asks us to solve problems, manage expectations and keep it moving. Not to mention the demands on us outside of the workplace. After years of striving, we can suddenly feel stagnant.

That's where coaching comes in. I work with mid-career professionals as a partner and collaborator to help you clarify where you are, what you actually want, and the path to get there.

I named my practice The Analog Coach because I believe in coaching by humans, for humans. Real transformation doesn't come from a framework, a formula or a chatbot. It comes from the deeply human strengths and capabilities you already have. My job is to help you claim them and put them to work. As Glinda the Good Witch reminds us in the Wizard of Oz, “you've always had the power, my dear. You just needed to learn it for yourself."

No jargon. No judgment. Just honest, human conversations that move you forward.

Meet Ashley

Hi! I’m Ashley Bryan, and I’m so glad you’re here.

For twenty years, I grew a successful career in communications across agency, nonprofit and corporate settings. Outside of work, I was doing what so many of us do: showing up as a spouse, surviving the newborn years, and somehow keeping all the plates spinning. My calendar was full, yet something was missing.

As a milestone birthday loomed, I was ready to confront some big, nagging questions: How did I get here? Do I even like it here? Why am I so tired?

I hired a coach, believing that she would tell me exactly what to do and all of my problems would be solved. What I discovered was something so much better — my own solutions. Through our work together, I figured out that I could use my experience helping organizations clarify and communicate their purpose and impact to help individuals do the same.

I received my coaching certification from Northwestern University and am certified in Hogan Assessments.

If you’re ready to figure out what’s next, I’d love to support you.
